Last night I was thankful for:
An amazing Church Family.
They take living the way Christ calls us to seriously.
Beyond comfort.
Beyond feeling.
Beyond what is wise in the world's eyes.
There is a spurring on.
There is encouragement and correction happening.
There is love.
I am thankful for rich conversations in infant rooms and friends popping by without notice [yes, i do like that - weird, i know - I guess I like the "realness" of that type of setting].
I was and am praising God that His plan is community - His church is His Bride.
Amen! I have been thinking these same thoughts lately. The kind of community and real love we have in our church is unique and hard to find (that's sad, isn't it?). Gregg and I were just talking last Sunday about what a true family we have there. So thankful you are part of it too!!
